Annual Church Profiles
ACP's were mailed to churches this past week. Please complete the form and return to CSBC as soon as possible. Why is completing the ACP form important?
The information that your church gives on the ACP is used to determine needs.
Your church is corporation. As such you are required to file an annual report. Submitting an ACP fulfills this requirement
By filing you are showing you are a cooperating Southern Baptist church who is included under the CSBC umbrella tax exemption status for active members.
