Who are the Immigrants?

Leonard Sweet categorizes people in two groups “immigrants” and "natives".

Immigrants are those born prior to 1962. They are who are at home with print, linear thinking and strategic planning.

Natives are those born after 1962. Natives are shaped by the new technologies of digital images on screen, are suspicious of order and institutions and are hungry for experiences.

Here's a question. How do the Immigrants and the Natives communicate with each other? What communication barriers must we in the "church culture" cross in order to communicate Christ to the those who are not familiar with "church culture"?

Bill Hyels give a clue here.
