Friends & Family,
Today was a day of walking - Lori could not bear to be in the room - so we spent the afternoon walking - resting - walking - resting - walking. We will see the doctors at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow. The right side of her throat is still very sore - we continue to pray this is all a result of the surgery and not an infection. She has not had a fever but this just adds to her discomfort.
How to Pray
1) Please pray for the exam to go well tomorrow so she can be released and come home.
2) Continue to pray for the sore throat not to advance.
3) Please pray for us as we will have a very long and different day tomorrow. We will pack and put our luggage in the baggage hold in the hotel. We must leave the hotel Friday at 4:00 a.m.
4) Please pray for Lori as she is working on stretching the time between her pain medication.
Thank you so much for praying - I see some improvement in her strength level and determination. I have had peace and strength just knowing we have been prayed for by people who love us.
